Every rental comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Additional amenities differ based on the package — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium snacks and beverages, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate dining options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your booking, it's best to do it 2–3 weeks beforehand, especially in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks prior is advisable for improved availability and customization options.
What occurs if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event that our captain judges weather conditions to be unsafe, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will get in touch with you if unfavorable conditions are forecasted 24 hours prior to your planned departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your personal food and non-alcoholic refreshments. We also provide exceptional catering services and can tailor the menu to your tastes. Please note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations executed more than 72 hours ahead of departure time will be fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the set sail time are non-refundable, except in instances of inclement weather or mechanical failures on our part.
